Delivery Within Australia
Items ordered are dispatched promptly, within 1 - 3 business days from receipt of payment. Anticipated delivery time is 3 to 10 days from then, depending on the distance. Please note that items are sent from rural NSW, so although I’m happy to send via Express Post if requested, the delivery time is still likely to be a minimum of 2 days.

Orders of $150 or more ship for FREE. For orders under $150, trackable parcels are charged at cost - $9 Australia wide. Parcels can be up to 500 grams in weight, so adding multiple items doesn't add more to the cost. Some small flat items such as earrings can be sent as a letter, to keep the delivery cost lower - $3 Australia wide. PLEASE NOTE letters can't be tracked, so choosing this STANDARD SHIPPING option is at the buyer's risk. I operate my business with integrity and will always fill and send orders promptly, but I have no control over the process once the item is posted, and as such cannot be held responsible from that point for items that aren't tracked. If you'd prefer the safety of trackable delivery for your smaller item, there is the option to upgrade to this at the checkout.
All items are gift-wrapped or gift-boxed and packaged securely to ensure their safe arrival. The tracking number is emailed to the buyer when the parcel has been posted.
International Delivery
The charge for international shipping is at or below cost price. The amount varies according to your location and the size of the item. The cost for shipping a parcel internationally covers up to 500 grams in weight, so adding multiple items usually doesn't add more to the cost.

As I live in a rural area, it can take a minimum of 3 days for your parcel to leave Australia. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee shipping time frames as we are all at the mercy of the postal service. I'm also unable to accept international returns due to shipping times. Please consider these implications before ordering.
