I package my shipments very carefully, but in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please advise me as soon as possible. Arrangements will then be made to retrieve the item and organise a replacement.
Whilst I’m sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase, if you feel you’ve made the wrong choice and would like an exchange, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item in its original (unworn) condition within 14 days. Once the returned item has been received and checked, I’ll contact you to organise an exchange for items of equal value. (NB. return shipping is at your expense.) Exchanges from countries outside Australia can be slow due to shipping times. I strongly recommend that you choose carefully and ask me any questions prior to purchasing to ensure that the item is a ‘keeper’.
