Refund/Exchange Policy

I package my shipments very carefully, but in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please advise me as soon as possible. Arrangements will then be made to retrieve the item and organise a replacement. 

Whilst I’m sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase, if you feel you’ve made the wrong choice, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item in its original (unworn) condition within 14 days. (NB. return shipping is at your expense.) Once the returned item has been received and checked, I’ll forward you a credit note for the value of the product returned so you can purchase something else in exchange.


Please note - due to current delivery time frames, I am unable to accept international returns. Returns from within Australia are still accepted.


In all circumstances, it's best to be as sure as you can that the items you order will be 'keepers'.
